In this episode of Tech Intersect, I welcome Vince McPhillip, founder of Knomad and former co-founder and Head of Community at Pi Network. He founded Knomad in 2018 to help people find more flexible and meaningful work. He was inspired to launch Knomad as a “flash consultancy” to pair students with cryptocurrency projects after reading an article titled "Expert Crowdsourcing" while he was in business school. And although he says it was really hard challenging work, he focused on the promising signs of the magic that arises when people from different backgrounds come together to solve hard problems.
Fast forward to the present moment, now more people than ever are looking for greater autonomy, meaning, and financial reward in their work.
